@thanzex – If the page is not listed under Pages > All Pages (and published) then NextGEN Gallery will not be able to use it. There are currently no methods to inject a page into that list or over-write the option values.
Thanks!

@ssaguner – Are there any related entries in the server’s error_logs file(s) that could give more context to the message as there is not enough information here to offer much assistance in what might be going on with your installation.
Also, the details for your Server settings as found under Gallery > Overview | Site Details may also be useful.
Thanks!

@sioux23 – Please try our external Reset Tool plugin here: https://bitbucket.org/photocrati/nextgen-gallery-reset/get/default.zip
To install and activate, go to Plugins > Add New … Upload Plugin
To use, go to Tools > NextGEN Gallery ResetWe do not offer specific support for the Reset Tool plugin as is but it can help in many circumstances, please let us know if it does.
Thanks!

@vyskoczilova – If the problem persists with a default WordPress Twenty series theme active and only NextGEN Gallery active on the site then please send us a Bug Report (https://imagely.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a better look under the page at your site.
Please include as many details as you can about your site and the issue at hand so we can move on this as fast as possible.
Thanks!

PS: We have just recently been seeing issues with Czech translations, given the translation is incorrect this may be related to the translations being used. Please also check to see if the issue persists using English as the locale.

@anzart – I would suspect an overzealous security configuration in the server environment more so than anything else although the error message in an of itself does not really offer enough context to know precisely as we cannot see the server configuration files.
The
open_basedir()restriction is where the issue is at which would be within the server’s environment although if they are not willing to take that into consideration there may not be much we can offer to assist with. All the same, please send us a Bug Report (https://imagely.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a better look under the page at your site.
Please include as many details as you can about your site and the issue at hand so we can move on this as fast as possible; and, we will likely need to dig deeper as well which is generally not possible through this venue.
Thanks!

The album -> sub-album -> gallery -> image hierarchy works in this fashion:
Albums contain galleries or other albums; and, galleries contain images.
If you want an album to display (where you can navigate to a gallery afterward) on the page then it would be a “sub-album” and would require it be added to the album you are inserting into the page. If you want the gallery preview images displayed on the page from an album then you would just insert the album that contains the gallery (or galleries).
It reads as though you may not have your hierarchy correctly configured. Keep in mind the above hierarchy and work with the idea of inserting the display type to the immediate left of the display type you want your visitors to see on your page/post.

@johanna2patricia – You’re welcome!

@dberch – Your web hosting service’s support team would likely be the best people to work with to get access to your error_logs file(s).
Thanks for the update!

@johanna2patricia – We’ll have to look into this further to see how best to address this. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Photo Gallery, Sliders, Proofing and Themes - NextGEN Gallery] REST API@cyberto – We do not have a specific REST API for the plugin, if there is something specific you are looking for it would likely be best to put that forward as a Feature Request item here: https://imagely.com/feature-voting/
Thanks!
