    i can¡t do backup with plug in(no permission with free version),i can only download website as one xml file.What should I do with that file?should i even use it?

    Dear songdogtech thanks for you answer.
    I will look it up right now.
    One question:onm y localserver i have mysql database.I presume that is the dabatase of my websit ei have on my local host(wamp).Is that what I need to export and import to phpmyadmin of my web host?
    My webste is at this moment on the local host.
