moving wordpress to another host

Hi guys,

My first post on the wordpress forum, yaaay:))
So,what I wanted to ask is:
I moved wordpress to a new domain.I managed to upload it to the web server via FTP,but now I should upload databases in phpmyadmin but i’m not sure what to import.My site is on the C drive in wamp folder.I know that database name should be the same as in wp-config.php file.But when i go to import not shure what exactly should i look for.
I don’t have a lot of experience I hope i asked the question right.
