Did you happen to resolve this issue or find out why it happens?
We also had the same problem and had to downgrade to version 2.3.1 to make the website work again.

I’m using WP 4.0 and W3TC 0.9.4, enabled PageSpeed dashboard widger, enabled PageSpeed Insights API via Google API Console and entered my API key (Key for browser applications) in W3 Miscellaneous Settings.
However all I get is an “Unable to fetch Page Speed results”. Am I doing something wrong? Any help on this would be very much appreciated.

Looking at your website, it seems like you managed to remove the og meta tags. If so, could you share how?
