Hi Jarryd,
I missed your reply. Sorry. The issue happens with NextEnd Social Login plugin after having logged out and logging in again. Here are the two respective urls:
https://onehomeplanet.com/pmp/log-in-out/?nsl_bypass_cache=04e0b724c9012540dafafb80dd5e8c1f
It dawns on me: Is there any cookie that must be whitelisted?
Hi,
I asked my web host (Rocket.net) about the issue, and they deactivated the page caching through htaccess. No change.
Hi Jarryd,
Here is the link to the screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/12NrVqwSgfnLxmSOqchm2GAZKfRamk5UE/view?usp=sharing
I am going to check if excluding the Welcome page from Cloudflare makes a difference.
Hi Jarryd,
How can I attach a screenshot? (your email is a noreply)
The /log-in-out/ page contains the pmpro_login shortcode.
Deactivating all caches does not seem to change anything, though I will double-check on this. I have had an issue with Cloudflare which was just fixed; maybe the one with PMP was related. I am noticing that it happens when logging in for the second time in a row during the same online session.
Great stuff. Thank you!
Found it. The post needs to remain accessible to all in the “Require Membership” area in the right-hand WP column and accessible to specific memberships in the same area only for the text put into the Membership Required Block. I had never figured out this necessary difference before. I guess I got lucky but will systematically check from now on.
Thanks, Kim. I do not need to show excerpts but have Membership Required Block working properly. On all other pages on my website, it does. What I mean is that wherever I place the block on a page, the content before it will appear to non-members (with “Show Excerpts to Non-Members?” set to “No”). Any idea why the Membership Required Block would conflict with one particular page?
Hi Kasia,
I checked more carefully and it works. This ticket can be closed, thank you.
I just saw that I would need to upgrade to the Plus plan. So that’s the answer right there.
Hi Kasia,
“for the selected option to show in a spreadsheet it has to have a value filled” Apparently, it will only work filled with a number (1, or “one”), nothing else. Is that correct?
Thank you,
PhilippeThank you, Kim.
Hi Adam,
The issue came from the fact that there was some old CSS on my website. It is solved now.
Thank you!
Found it. Thanks a lot.
Found it. I previously simply duplicated the original form and modified the concerned label. What needed to be done was to delete the field itself and create another one in the form.
