Thank you!
No, I hadn’t set the image as ‘featured’ – I had just put it in the post, which has been enough for it to show on ordinary WP blog pages. So – I set the image as the featured one, & yes, it’s now on my Elementor page courtesy of Premium Add-ons.
Many thanks for your prompt help

Hi @danieliser – in fact, my query was answered as soon as I checked your FB group, so it never made it as far as your ticket system. I couldn’t work out why my popup didn’t stop when I’d set a cookie – you pointed out to someone else in the group that their cookie wasn’t linked to the trigger, and that turned out to be my problem too.
So thanks!

In reply to: [Make Column Clickable for Elementor] Open in new window not working? So it has! Brilliant – thank you.
One small thing – it still says ‘Open in new window’, when in fact it opens in a new tab in an existing browser window. Having said that, that’s what I’d rather it did anyway, so I’m happy!
Thanks again
Many thanks, Kuba. Those links look very useful; not to me, you understand – I had to smile when I read the comment ‘Pretty standard stuff‘ in one (it meant nothing to me) – but hopefully to a developer friend. Mind you. he denied all knowledge of webhooks until he decided they were just APIs.
If ‘we’ can find a way to do it, I’ll post it here, if that’s OK – I imagine there are plenty of UM users who might find it handy.

In reply to: [Themify - WooCommerce Product Filter] Was working, now it isn’tI’m giving up being tactful; while I’m full of admiration for plugin writers, the least these ones could do is admit they’re not supporting it any more. As I said above, I’m using WOOF – https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-products-filter/ – and it works just fine on https://therileyrmcentre.co.uk/shop/
Hi again
As a follow-up to this, I understand that updating the Ultimate Member profile will not trigger a notification, since that relies on the WP profile being updated, rather than UM’s own one.
However, if I include the WordPress native profile field ‘Nickname’ in the UM profile, and update it through UM (confirming by checking in WP admin that it is indeed being changed), I still don’t get a notification; on the other hand, if I carry out that exact same change via WP admin dashboard, I do get a notification.Sorry to harp on about this, but it just seems sooo close to working!
Thanks

Thanks for taking the time to reply, @danieliser; I’m afraid I still have a follow-up query, though, so I’ll ask that via your support site.
Review done some time back!
Hi Kuba – thanks again for your time.
tbh, I’m not using the meta values at all, apart from {user_ID} in the subject or body of the email to show which user is doing the updating.
I should explain better what I’m needing to do – which is merely to notify admin of when a user has updated their profile. We have a membership system entirely independent of the website, and I’m trying to find a way for members to update their membership details online (having set up profile forms that mirror our other system & imported their details), and for our membership secretary to be informed they have done so, check it & transfer any changes to her own system. It sounds clumsy (& probably is!), but I cannot get away from using the other system as our main membership handling software.
I would ideally use Ultimate Member for this, but in the absence of an idiot’s guide to populating the webhook section of your trigger with their webhook um_user_edit_profile Hook type Action Description Run on successful submit profile form Parameters $args (array) Form Arguments Usage add_action( ‘um_user_edit_profile’, ‘function_name’, 10, 1 );
I looked at the User Meta plugin as it seemed to allow the use of WP native fields in its profile rather just its own (and indeed if you look at user details in WP admin after updating a profile, they have changed), so I assumed that the Notification plugin would pick up that change & email admin – but again, it’s only going to the user. Thanks again for your time & apologies for the length
PetePS I’ve also just realised that my last post here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/email-notification-of-profile-update/ was directed at the wrong plugin – I should have been asking you! It explains why they haven’t replied – they’re probably wondering what on earth I was talking about. You may be joining them . . .
Thank you very much, @sourov; unfortunately that does, I assume, mean using the webhook option of the trigger setup, and although I’ve tried (!), setting that up is beyond my meagre skillset, so I’d have to have get outside help.
Since Ultimate Member give their own profile update webhook (um_user_edit_profile), I might as well stick with that (still with help).PS – in case I’ve missed it, could you point me at the easiest explanation of the webhook dialog box? I can’t help feeling that with the limited options of URLs and Arguments, I really ought to be able to fill it in. Can I use merge tags (eg um_user_edit_profile) that aren’t in the list on the right?
Thanks again for your prompt reply
Thanks for the reply – I had a horrible feeling you were going to say that. I’ll keep a look out for the extension, and meantime ask UM if they have a way to do notifications.
It’s a shame – yours is an excellent plugin!
Edit: – just for the record – this is apparently not at present possible from within Ultimate Member.

In reply to: [Themify - WooCommerce Product Filter] Was working, now it isn’tI’m using the WOOF filter instead now – works a treat.
Ive just noticed that I do get a notification if a user updates their account, if that helps . . .
Many thanks. Code is not my strong point, so I’ll have to play around with that to see if it fits the bill.
Meanwhile I’ll leave you in peace, & start a new thread if necessary!

In reply to: [Entries For WPForms] Data out of step in csvOK – thanks very much for the response. I’m surprised a bug like that wasn’t noticed, but glad it’ll be sorted; look forward to it – then I can give a proper review!
