Hej zis,
Men hvorfor ville I nogensinde ønske at nulstille ordrenumrene?
Hi there,
It looks like the API key you provided is incorrect. Please be aware that the API key is NOT your QuickPay account password. The API key is located inside the QuickPay manager. Go to: Settings -> Integration. Select the API user and click the Api key icon which will return a popup with your API key. Please contact QuickPay if you have any questions regarding your API key.
All the best.
Hi there,
This error most likely occurs due to an error communicating with the API. Please go to the system logs in “WooCommerce” -> “System settings” -> “Logs” -> “woocommerce-quickpay…..log” to find the request errors.

In reply to: [Quickpay for WooCommerce] Suggestion: Change the order button textFor your information, this will be a part of the upcoming v 4.2.3.
Can you describe exactly how to replicate some of the issues you experience?

In reply to: [Quickpay for WooCommerce] No orderHi Kevin,
Have you checked out the error logs inside the “WooCommerce > System Status -> Logs -> woocommerce-quickpay-xxxxx.log” to see if the plugin reports any issues?

In reply to: [Quickpay for WooCommerce] Suggestion: Change the order button textHi Emil,
Good suggestion. I will put it on the road map.
It sounds like the problem you experience is caused by one of the two following scenarios:
1. You have some kind of security plugin blocking the callbacks sent from QuickPay
2. You have a plugin modifying the order numbers in a way that the WC QuickPay is unable to handle.

In reply to: [Quickpay for WooCommerce] Feature request: Skip checkout pageHi there,
Im happy to announce that in 4.2.0 (which has just been released), we have removed that step. The customer is now directly redirected to the payment window after choosing payment type.

In reply to: [Quickpay for WooCommerce] Format for Google Analytics IDsHi Peter,
The UA should be excluded. Only digits are allowed in this field. I agree that this should probably be mentioned in the description as well. 🙂
