Kunden bliver jo netop redirectet væk fra shoppen over til payment.quickpay.net, og når betalingen gennemføres, bliver de sendt retur til shoppen. Så dataen er korrekt omend den måske i mange tilfælde er redundant.

Det lyder som om callbacks fra QuickPay ikke rammer shoppen – har du eventuelt nogen security plugins eller lignende installeret, der kunne tænkes at blokere for denne type requests?
Hvis callbacks blokeres eller ikke bliver håndteret af shoppen, vil shoppen ikke modtage transaktions-id’et hvilket gør diverse QuickPay UI i Woocommerce utilgængelig.Forum: Plugins

You have conflicting order numbers. In QuickPay you cannot have duplicate order numbers – nor can you reset the order numbers on the merchant account. I suggest you either create a different merchant account or prefix your order numbers in WooCommerce.

The 504 Gateway Time-out is a gateway related problem. Earlier today QuickPat experienced problems leading to webshops not being able to initiate new payments.
Im glad it works now.

The problem is in your settings. You are not allowed to type in more than 22 characters in the “Text on statement” field. If you change this, it will work again.
Setting a max limit on the field itself to avoid this error in the future is on the roadmap btw 🙂

You are most certainly right. That error seems to occur even though you don’t have Subscriptions installed. I will look into this error immediately and update this issue when I have pushed a fix.

In reply to: [Quickpay for WooCommerce] Internal Server ErrorSounds like you are using WooCommerce Subscriptions 1.5.x. Version 4.4.0 does not support Subscriptions 1.5.x. You should upgrade to Subscriptions 2.x.
