    Thanks for your response.

    Sounds like that was more of a user lack of knowledge rather than a feature problem. Maybe a #note could be added to explain it’s use to cover any potential issue.
    Any chance you could share the code for that feature please as we don’t show cached content?

    That’s the same answer you gave previously!

    Your code is pulling the placeholder image after version 2.6.3 and not the product image. Everything else is fine.

    Where can we change that?

    We’ve already tried the settings you suggest, it messes up the page layout, still adds an additional breadcrumbs and changes the sidebar to the wrong side of the page.

    Why is it not using the product image on the category search results and replacing with the placeholder? That is where the issue lies, everything else is working fine.

    We rolled back to the last version we hold, 2.6.3, everything works as it should! There is the clue.

    I continually get hunderds of these messages in my Dashboard, takes ages to delete them one at a time!
    How do I turn them off?

    Yes it was, that’s why I didn’t include it originally…to prevent confusion.
    Now you’re telling me something that I already know.

    Yes, I’ve noticed this on a couple of sites.
    I’m also seeing cache purging every hour.
    Rolled back to version 3.6.4, all good again now.

    The problem only seemed to exist after updating to version 4.3.
    Have now rolled back to version 3.6.4 on this site and the cache is now working as expected again!

    Hopefully that gives a clue?

    Not so sure that the problem lies entirely with Admin Columns Pro latest version.
    I have now spotted another issue with your plugin.
    It’s changing the structure of the Brands dropdown in the XforWooCommerce products filter on the shop page. Was displaying in alphabetical order until turning on your plugin, turning it off restores the order.
    I had this exact same problem when first purchasing this around 1 year ago but with categories. You fixed it with an update, remember?
    This original issue is still posted on Envato, a PM was also sent, might give you a clue.

    Have removed the plugin now as we are working locally on a new site. Two issues with the same plugin…

    Sorry, don’t have time to do that.
    To replicate, just get yourself a copy of Admin Columns Pro v5.5.1.
    Rolling back to version v5.4.2 managed to get it working for us.
    Not good, but at least we were able to get things working again for now.

    Seems there is a compatibility issue with “Admin Columns Pro”

    Hi Greg,

    yes, I double checked and made sure the template snippet is in the correct location. In fact, have tried it in various locations just to make sure.

    The site is still in development (not live) and the path I provided is correct, just changed the “my-theme” name in the path.

    The error I was referring to was just the default WP “There has been a critical error on your website”, no clues. Normally only when something is very wrong.

    How up to date is the snippet code? Could be an issue with it and the latest WP version being used 5.6? Maybe you could verify it’s still current?
