In reply to: [Pegasaas Accelerator WP] How to unistall, if no access to Back office?Hi @varindien
I’m afraid that if you’ve removed all of those files, then all that remains that could possibly be serving anything related to Pegasaas is some sort of server-side caching system provided by your web host.
I recommend contacting your hosting provider to see if they have some facility to clear your web space cache.
Best regards,
Brandon Devnich

In reply to: [Pegasaas Accelerator WP] How to unistall, if no access to Back office?Hello again @varindien
Yes, be sure to delete the entire “wp-content/pegasaas-cache/” folder.
What may also be happening, is that your browser may have cached those pages in its local storage, so be sure to clear the local browser cache. In most browsers, this is CTRL-SHIFT-DELETE.

In reply to: [Pegasaas Accelerator WP] How to unistall, if no access to Back office?Hello @varindien
To remove the plugin manually, you should remove the following:
1) wp-content/plugins/pegasaas-accelerator-wp/ [folder]
2) wp-content/pegasaas-cache/ [folder]3) And if you have the ability of editing the .htaccess file, if you are on a server that uses them, remove any code block that looks like:
# PEGASAAS ACCELERATOR [FEATURE] BEGIN
…
# PEGASAAS ACCELERATOR [FEATURE] ENDRemoving the pegasaas-accelerator-wp plugin will prevent any new pages from being push through the optimization system.
Removing the wp-content/pegasaas-cache/ folder will ensure your pages are pulling from the dynamic wp-core
Removing the .htaccess instructions will ensure that any “looping” that you speak of is not related to a mismatch of http->https->http re-direction, which I suspect may be what is going on.
Please feel free to DM me by going to https://pegasaas.com/contact/ with further details about your website so that we may investigate this in more detail.
Kind regards,
Brandon Devnich

In reply to: [Pegasaas Accelerator WP] Stuck on “Waiting for initial scores”Hey @docampowales
Yes, this (unfortunately) happens occasionally, in all versions, and is usually due to whether the API can serve back the optimized resources to the plugin. If it cannot, then the “installer” gets stuck on the 93%.
If you can initiate a support ticket at https://pegasaas.com/contact/ and let me know your domain name, I will launch an investigation to see if there’s something that we can adjust in our API.
Kind regards,
Brandon Devnich

In reply to: [Pegasaas Accelerator WP] Home Page Carousel – No Images AppearingHi Linda,
Just looking at the home page in more detail — looks like the way our API is remapping the srcset image paths is incorrect.
Launching an investigation and will report back in the next 30 minutes.
Sincerely,
Brandon Devnich

In reply to: [Pegasaas Accelerator WP] Home Page Carousel – No Images AppearingHi Linda,
No, I don’t detect any javascript errors in the cached copy of the page that I suspect you’re talking about. My guess is that the script that was executing the code for the owl slider may have been waiting for an “onload” signal, and the images for the page may not yet have been built. The owl slider initializes in my cached copy of the optimized page.
I recommend re-enabling the plugin — if you’re still having troubles, initiate a support directly at https://pegasaas.com/contact/. We’ll need to see the issue first hand. Once the ticket is initiated, we can initiate a full investigation.
Kind regards,
Brandon Devnich

In reply to: [Pegasaas Accelerator WP] Wordfence Whitelist Not WorkingLinda,
Just saw your last message (I hadn’t refreshed my interface before replying) — yes, a new installation on another site would have picked up on the properly formatted list of IPs (which we corrected shortly after your first message).
In order to get your affected installation (which had cached the API IP list), we needed to add the new functionality to “refresh” the IP list.
In any case, do let me know if you notice this or any other bug come up.
Kind regards,
Brandon Devnich

In reply to: [Pegasaas Accelerator WP] Wordfence Whitelist Not WorkingHi Linda,
It looks like the problem was caused by an update that we made to the list of Pegasaas API IP addresses earlier today. In order to resolve the issue, we’ve just released v2.8.4.
If you update to 2.8.4, you will find on the page where it says “Hold On Boss” and gives you a list of IP addresses, a “Refresh API IP List” link just below the text-area containing the IP Addresses. Click that link. This should fetch an updated copy of the API IPs and properly strip out any trailing white-space (which was the cause of the problem here today).
If you had already added those IP addresses to Wordfence, then it should forward you on to the next step.
Thank you so much for your patience while we sorted this one out.
Kind regards,
Brandon Devnich

In reply to: [Pegasaas Accelerator WP] Combine JSHello @disagree
Just wanted to let you know that version 2.6.0 is now available, and it includes the Combine JS feature.
Thank you so much for your input and feature suggestion!

PegasaasWe just confirmed that the relative mapping to the .woff/.woff2 files are working correctly with the updated functionality.
Thank you for your patience while we investigated.
Kind regards,
Brandon Devnich
PegasaasIt looks like that feature was already removed from the interface, however there were a couple references in the API that still transformed those CSS files to external URLs.
While we’ve now just removed that functionality from the combined CSS, we’re still testing to see whether the relative paths to the font files are updated.
I’ll keep you in the loop testing with the Font Awesome plugin.
Kind regards,
Brandon Devnich
