Hello @alejoh,
We won’t be able to recreate this on a default WordPress as it requires payments and actual data on the site.
I was also not able to recreate the order editing issue you described you are facing when editing orders. However, I created a test order on a test site, and I was also able to edit it.
Further checking this and if the plugin causes it will require access to the website itself.
As this is against the forum rules, please submit a ticket to us through our ticketing system if your site is hosted with us so that we can check it further.
The page you were using on your site was not created using the Elementor’s custom login page widget (which is part of the premium version of Elementor), and the problem you are facing is a specific one for your custom theme and that page.
You can try using Elementor’s custom login page with which our 2FA works correctly.
Hello @hecttech08,
Please accept our apologies for not following the previous case. We checked it with our developers, and the 2FA works correctly when using the Elementor login widget. I will also update the other thread with that information.
The page you were using on your site was most likely created not using this widget (which is part of the premium version of Elementor), and the problem you are facing is a specific one related to the custom theme you are using and the login page you created.
Please try using the Elementor custom login page widget, and if you are encountering the same problem with it, please let us know.
I checked the case with our developers.
The Rest API warnings can interfere with the normal operations in the plugin. The reason for stopping the errors is that they can cause the Front End of the plugin to stop working as expected.
This line ensures that the plugin will work on sites with a warning, for example. Ideally, we would not need this code to be part of the plugin but removing it will do more harm than good, and for that reason, we won’t be removing it from the code.
Hello @remcotolsma,
We suppress the REST API warnings as our plugin is using it, and if any warning is present the front end of the plugin stops working.
I will forward this to our developers for them to evaluate and see if there is a way to avoid suppressing the warnings for the REST API for the whole site.
Thank you, @kimalev,
You may encounter this error when trying to block your own IP address.
The plugin is making an additional check whether you are trying to block your current IP address.
If that isn’t your IP address, please submit a ticket through our ticketing system, as we will need access to the website to check this further and see what is causing it.
Hello @kimalev,
We cannot access the screenshot you provided to see the error. This is what we get on our end when we try to access it:

Could you please re-upload it and ensure that it doesn’t reach any limit of the service you are using so that we can see the error you are receiving.
Hello @tips4gamers,
I was able to recreate the issue you reported on your site but not a default WordPress. I resolved it on your site by disabling the ‘Lock and Protect System Folders’ option in the Site security section.
I also notified our developer so they can check it and eventually address it in one of the following updates of the plugin.
Hello @watchforever,
Since we haven’t heard from you in the past couple of days, we will be marking the topic as Resolved. You will still be able to post a reply if further assistance is needed.

Hello @jonathanfokker,
I checked the site, but it isn’t clear how I can recreate the problem on my end and test it, and completing an order requires a purchase.
Based on the limited information provided, I stopped the Memcache and File-based caching of your site, and you can check the results on your end. However, if none of them are causing the issue and your campaigns are still disconnected on the staging copy, we will need to recreate this on our end to check it further.
We will also need more information to recreate the issue on our end. We may also require additional steps on your end and set up a user for us and a test item for us to check.
As such are against the forum rules, it would be better to handle this through the Siteground ticketing system. Thus please submit a new ticket from your account with us, and we will check it further.

In reply to: Webp SG Optimize plugin problemsHello @ldallara
I checked the site, and the cron is working correctly. Direct access to it is normal to show a blank page.
The site was slow on my end when I checked it, and I was able to resolve it by deactivating the Memcache service for the site.
Hello @lisa-geerts,
The optimization is working correctly with WordPress 6.0, and the images on your site should be optimized.
You can check the compression of the image by accessing it from the Media Library.
If you are encountering a problem during the regeneration of the images, please provide us with more information about what you are encountering on your end and for which domain so that we can check it further.
Hello @numeeja,
Thank you very much for pointing out the spelling mistake in the template. We will fix the text in one of our subsequent plugin updates.
