In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Error 500Hi, thanks for the response. I have done as you instructed and installed the latest version 3.3.2 but unfortunately I am still getting an Error 500 if I activate the ‘Mobile Theme’ setting.
Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks

In reply to: [FooGallery Owl Carousel Template] Issues on Safari, Chrome and IEHi – I appreciate you taking time to look at this further and I had checked the site out on a number of browsers which did present the ‘sticking’ problem of the carousel. Initially the conflict seemed to be with Bootstrap but I fixed that. I am now looking at the site via SauceLabs as well and will investigate a little further.
Please do mark this as resolved for now and if I see the problem persists after carrying out further checks myself, then I will come back and open a new ticket.
Thanks again!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [FooGallery Owl Carousel Template] Issues on Safari, Chrome and IEThe website is http://www.positivefxstudio.co.uk
Any suggestions would be welcome as I can’t understand why it isn’t working on these browsers.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [FooGallery Owl Carousel Template] Issues on Safari, Chrome and IEForgot to mention that the carousel works fine in Firefox. It also struggles to work in Internet Explorer but the version I have is quite old for that.
Hi, thanks for the response. At the moment I seemed to have resolved the issue – there was a jQuery conflict going on in my theme which was causing Owl Carousel to not show and forcing other ‘Twitter Bootstrap’ items on my site to break. This was due to a recent update on Twitter Bootstrap which was requiring jQuery v1.9.1 so reverted back to a previous version which doesn’t require this version of jQuery and all appears to be functioning at the moment. Took me a number of avenues to narrow the issue to this. I thought it was the Owl Carousel plugin initially because when I disabled it, the rest of my site would work ok – but on further inspection it has been the jQuery issue with Twitter Bootstrap causing the conflict with other plugins.
Thanks again and for now, all is looking good. The tip on getting around the ‘maintenance mode’ is handy to know though – will keep that in mind for when I hit a problem again.
I have an issue also with this plugin and the owl carousel template extension. I use a genesis theme and use twitter bootstrap via linked scripts. The FooGallery plugin works ok with my site but the ‘owl carousel template’ breaks things. It makes a number of elements on my website not load.
I was using the FooGallery for the main use of Owl Carousel template – any thoughts on what might be conflicting?
I can’t provide a link to the site as its live and in ‘maintenance mode’ – so its not ready to display to the world just yet until I can get these final tweaks sorted out.
