    I’m not really sure what it means to change the Localhost to the SQL database address. My gdaddy DB name and db user were the same, I did gather that much. BUT I did figure out the problem…well one problem at least…I contacted Godaddy and they said that Godaddy does not allow it’s user to install applications of this sort themselves. So godaddy had to do it for me. Sort of depressing because I thought I might learn something from it. But for future reference, Godaddy will install it for you! Go to manage hosting accounts, then go to godaddy hosting connection and then from there, install wordpress! It will walk you through each step.
