I can clarify how the plugin handles multi-item parcels, as it actually does support this, just not through a single “total size and weight” field.

Here’s how it works:

• Each product can have its own weight and dimensions set individually (via the product edit screen).
• When a customer orders more than one item in a single parcel, the plugin automatically combines them for you:
• Weight: the weight of each item is added together to get the total parcel weight.
• Dimensions: rather than adding dimensions together, the plugin takes the largest (maximum) dimension across the items to determine the packaging size.

So you don’t need to manually calculate or enter a combined total. As long as each product has its weight and dimensions set, the plugin works this out automatically when items are shipped together.

If you haven’t set individual weights/dimensions on your products, the plugin will fall back to the default weight and dimension values configured in the plugin settings. It’s worth double-checking those defaults, as this is a common reason shipments don’t look right, i.e. if products are missing their own values, everything falls back to that single default figure instead of being calculated per item.

A couple of things worth checking on your end:

1. Go to a few of your product edit pages and confirm weight/dimensions are filled in.
2. If you’d rather not set this for every product, review the default weight/dimension in the plugin settings, since this will be used as a fallback.

Hi, It seemed you were using the WordPress plugin rather than SmartSend. If you are using SmartSend you need to use out live site, the sandbox site is only for testing our public API.

The Api crednetials you need to use SmartSend are your API key/secret from WooCommerce not our API. You can get these from within the WooCommerce setting as described here…

Items sold in the last 2 weeks with a status of processing will be imported into SmartSend on Parcel2Go.com.

The page showing linked accounts is to use with our SmartSend tool, which you can use here https://www.parcel2go.com/myaccount/uploadeditems

For using the wordpress plugin you need to create a client Id and secret for our public api, which the wordpress plugin connects to. If you want to do this you can from https://www.parcel2go.com/myaccount/api and create client credentials.

Can you confirm if you are using the Sandbox or Live mode?

If you are getting set up with Sandbox you need to create a user, log in and create an API client on our sandbox site, from here https://sandbox.parcel2go.com/myaccount/api

Live API Clients and secrets will not work on sandbox and vice versa.
