Authorization has been denied for this request.

Whenever I try to load the parcel2go admin page I get the following message:
‘Authorization has been denied for this request.’
Clicking on the ‘Edit and Retry’ button does nothing…
I see from this forum that other users have this problem but I cannot find any published resolution – can someone help me get past this problem?
