In reply to: [Xeroom] Invoice not sentHi
Thanks for your message. It is almost certainly likely to be your xero API credentials that are not set up correctly and so no comms are taking place between Woo and xero hence no invoice.
There is talk from xero to woo on certain things like inventory. Invoices flow from Woo to xero so payments and credit notes that get done in xero are not backflushed to Woo.
Kind regards
Pete

In reply to: [Xeroom] Get Xeroom Trial LicenseHi Glen
Please use the full licence key that is given in my answer below.
“Please use this full licence no 58fcfae2dbc6e which will work for 2 months which will enable you to trial xeroom.”
The next version will not need a key for the free version.
Thanks

In reply to: [Xeroom] Payment/bank accountHi – At present only one bank account is used for posting payments to. How would you control which order went to which account if you had more than one?

No we do not offer this capability at the moment. All sales are posted to one sales account in xero.

In reply to: [Xeroom] VAT TreatingHi Andy
It is due to your invoice tax setting in xero – xeroom picks up whatever the tax setting is in woocommerce. Please read the release notes on the install page:
“Products can now be held inclusive or exclusive of GST/VAT/Sales tax in Woo. An option is added in the settings to set this. By default prices are received by Xero and treated as tax exclusive with whatever GST tax specified in Xero or copied across then added by Xero. Some customers want to keep their prices in Woo as tax inclusive and so when it was sent to Xero the tax was added again resulting in incorrect tax. Now this is possible.”
Best regards

In reply to: [Xeroom] Past Dataloader ready?Hi – we are in the final stages of testing and hope to release it the next week or so.
Hi
In xeroom you have to give the sales tax account name eg 20% (VAT on Income). This cannot be any old account from xero as they all have different types and for xero to handle the sales tax you have to use one of the tax rates defined. CAPEX is not a sales tax account and account code 200 is sales so it is confused by what you are telling it.
