In reply to: Plug in update error!I was able to create a blank plugins and rename the plugins folder to plugins_hold but it wasn’t successful. Any other suggestions?

In reply to: Plug in update error!I tried logging in on the server and it said the password was incorrect. The site said the passwords were reset sometime in June (even though I can log on as admin from the website).
And I have little to no experience with css and website lingo, so I’m still not sure what ftp is. haha, I’m sorry. If you could, could you type out a step by step process to get to an ftp? Or what ftp (site?) would work better?
