After updating the website for where I work, I decided to update 5 of the plugins. Big mistake apparently because I can’t even get to the website to view it! Does anyone know how I can go back to the site to make adjustments? I was in the middle of fixing up the main page links. -_- the website is ewmlibrary.org.

  • using ftp rename this plugin events-manager and see if it clears the problem.
try manually resetting your plugins, using ftp rename plugins folder to plugins_hold and create a blank plugins folder If that resolves the issue, delete blank plugins folder and rename original back to plugins and reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

How can I do this if I can’t even go to the website itself (and the admin page)?

use ftp or log in on server

I tried logging in on the server and it said the password was incorrect. The site said the passwords were reset sometime in June (even though I can log on as admin from the website).
And I have little to no experience with css and website lingo, so I’m still not sure what ftp is. haha, I’m sorry. If you could, could you type out a step by step process to get to an ftp? Or what ftp (site?) would work better?

Never mind, a staff member showed me how to refresh the page so the changes I made would be applied. haha, shows my experience with these sorts of things.
    Thank you again govpatel!
