In reply to: [Fast Secure Contact Form] Unmatching emails still allows submissionHi mbrsolution,
Thanks for the help, I think I just found an incorrect setting. The ‘Enable double email entry…’ box was unticked.
All is working great now.
Thanks again for your help, it is most appreciated.
Best regards.

In reply to: [Fast Secure Contact Form] Unmatching emails still allows submissionHi mbrsolution,
Thanks for the reply.
Yes, all of those settings are correct. Just a quick point, I, as the administrator, get the submitted form information in an email, but if the customer makes a mistake in the first email field, then they do not get a confirmation email.
The crux of the problem is that the two email fields are not being compared to see if they match before allowing the form to be submitted.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] View Order button forces customer back to loginUpdate: Ok, everything works fine for administrators so this looks like some sort of permissions issue.
Customers are automatically added as a ‘Customer’ by default when creating an account but are logged out whenever they try to do anything with their account (ie: edit details, view orders etc).
Any ideas?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] View Order button forces customer back to loginOk, its not just the ‘View Order’ button that does this but also the ‘edit your password and account details’ link. Basically any link or button on the account details page sends the customer back to login again, it just loops continuously….
