Non-matching emails still submits

Hi all,
I’ve just noticed that even though the two emails entered into a form, that is the email and then the re-typed email are different, the form is still able to be submitted. FS Contact form and WP are both on the latest versions.
I tested it using an incorrect email in the ’email’ field and then the correct one in the ‘re-type email’ field and the form was submitted. However, no confirmation email was received by the customer because the plugin sent it to the first email field I guess.
Does/has anyone had a similar problem? If so, is there a solution?
