I tried many possibilities. First I thought that some plugins are blocking Jetpack. Because I am installing WordPress directly from my hosting panel, so it comes with some pre-installed plugins like MOJO. So I deactivated all other plugins then tried again but it didn’t change anything.

But after lots of tries I found the problem. When I changed site language to Turkish (dashboard>settings>general), admin panel crashes and wp-admin becomes blank page.

Now I am using site language as english and jetpack is working well but for my website I need to change language to turkish to add some special characters. I do not know how to solve this problem.
