Hi,
Leave it if you can’t fix or find the issue, I have already tried the following.
1. Uninstall Awesome Support and reinstall it.
2. Refresh the WordPress install by using the “reinstall now” button on your WordPress updates page.
3. Double-check with your host to make sure that they don’t have some sort of CDN associated with your account that might be holding on to an old version of a css file.Thank you…

I have disabled all the plugins & checked with default WordPress theme.

Have you checked this issue ? This happened to default WordPress theme also.
