Hi:
hmmm….that looks like a theme specific issue. What happens if you use one of the WP basic theme such as the 2015/16/17 theme or one of the themes from the WordPress repository?
Thanks.
Hello – since we haven’t heard back from you we will assume that this issue is resolved.
Thanks for using Awesome Support. Please feel free to open a new issue if you need additional help!
Have you checked this issue ? This happened to default WordPress theme also.
Hi:
It doesn’t happen for us on either the default theme or most other themes we’ve checked it with.. You can see it on our demo site at asdemo.flywheelsites.com
Thanks.
Wait, I will send you the video.
Send me the email address, where i can send your video ?
I have disabled all the plugins & checked with default WordPress theme.
Hi – you can post a link here.
Thanks.
This is not private, so i can’t send here.
Hi:
You can use our contact form on your site. It’ll get forwarded to me once the person responsible for handling that form receives it (which will likely be tomorrow). Just please reference this thread in your message.
Thanks.
Sorry, I meant to use the contact form on OUR site.
I have sent you an email.. contact@getawesomesupport.com
Hi:
Thanks for the video. Unfortunately I don’t know why that’s happening on your install. It looks like something else is overriding the CSS styles somehow but I’m at a loss to tell you where to look for that since you don’t have anything else installed. I have been unable to duplicate that issue so far. I do know that the 2017 theme is the #1 theme that users use when installing and testing Awesome Support and there have been no other reports similar to what you’re seeing.
We can try three things (shooting in the dark here)
1. Uninstall Awesome Support and reinstall it.
2. Refresh the WordPress install by using the “reinstall now” button on your WordPress updates page.
3. Double-check with your host to make sure that they don’t have some sort of CDN associated with your account that might be holding on to an old version of a css file. All three of these ideas a long-shot ideas but they’re the only ones I can offer at the moment.
Thanks.
Hi,
Leave it if you can’t fix or find the issue, I have already tried the following.
1. Uninstall Awesome Support and reinstall it.
2. Refresh the WordPress install by using the “reinstall now” button on your WordPress updates page.
3. Double-check with your host to make sure that they don’t have some sort of CDN associated with your account that might be holding on to an old version of a css file.Thank you…
Hi:
What platform are you running Chrome on? I couldn’t tell from your video. Windows or Mac?
Thanks.
