    Found the problem but unsure how to correct it. On the goal settings I have it set to percentage of total needed. It shows the error. Changing it to total raised allows it to function. Something in the 2.4.2 update changed the parameters. I tried to change it back to percentage and the error is there again.

    I’ve deactivated all the plugins except Give, recalculated, and still no change. I’m at a loss.

    1. Screenshot attached, settings are correct.

    2. Deactivated both plugins

    3. Deleted plugin

    4. Deleted plugin since we weren’t using it anyway.

    Each step had the recalculate function completed. No change. I will start deactivating the remainder of the plugins to see if one of them is in conflict.

    Shows INF% Goal Achieved on forms that have donations. Shows NAN% Goal Achieved on what has zero donations.

    Its highly possible your answer is correct but the index.html has been there long before Woo (as in always since that’s our main page) has and it was working over the summer.

    I still need help with this error.
    No changes from most recent reply other than WordPress just updated to 5.0.
    Printful is where the shipping rates are coming from but deactivating that plugin does not allow the checkout to work.

    You missed the second response

    Now a new error to add to the nonpayment.
    SyntaxError: JSON.parse Error:Invalid character at position:1

    Clicking through PayPal and back to the page gives this error so PayPal does not process.

    In the status section it has this error using PHP 7.1 (host does not offer higher)
    Your server does not have the SoapClient class enabled – some gateway plugins which use SOAP may not work as expected.

    Now a new error to add to the nonpayment.

    I switched to Twenty Seventeen, disabled every single plug in except WooCommerce – and still not able to pay.
