There was no “*” on it explaining that this was not for plugins, it was pretty clean and simple, or so I thought. Instead it is a run-around of why I’m not eligible to get my money back. In fact, here is what your site says EXACTLY in full:

However, if you feel the service is not the best for your requirements, we will grant you a full refund right after you request for it.Reads very clear to me, but I guess the whole “… if you feel the service is not the best for your requirements, we will grant you a full refund right after you request for it…” doesn’t really apply?
You either need to change this statement, delete it, or live up to what you advertise on the site and refund my purchase per the statement you have on your site.
