ok all i can figure from the error_log is that this plugin is causing the error

I fixed the lock out, by deleting the bullet proof security plugins .htaccess file, then deleting in uploads the ithemes security plugin, then have to reconfigure everything again in the .htaccess file
worked for a few hours then back again. also tried increasing php memory in wp-config and php.ini but this did not help.

yes bulletproof security plugin also identified this as malicious script, it has security flaws, they were able to
use it to upload other .php scripts in my uploads folder, other plugin folders
i since removed this plugin from my site until you fix it,

not sure what this means, where I put that approved URL in at ?

I tried with trustwave but it is invalid to put the entire
url – with trustwave (2checkout uses for the API keys)
it allows me to have “thevoiceofchange.info” or http://www.thevoiceofchange.info but that is all

Getting an error also on levels that have subscriptions if i set the level to non subscription paypal goes through , i thought it was through the paypal payments pro but also on paypal express
paypal pro lets users pay with credit cards, but not for subscriptions, I know that..
so i tried express and same error. turning on subscription fixed the error.
error at this time we are unable to process your payment, (at the paypal site) please return to merchant and try another method.
