Hi,
I followed all the steps that are described on the contact form but the issue still exists.I install the TLS 1.2 Compatibility Test and it seems there is no problem.
Also, i install the Core Control plugin and after the Google authentication I see the following trace of http calls:
– POST https://api.monsterinsights.com/v2/auth/verify/lite/ (403 forbidden)
– GET https://api.monsterinsights.com/v2/test/ (200 OK)The problem is the 403 http status for the 1rst call.
I just submit an issue to lite Support.
Hi,
I have the same problem.I click Authenticate with your Google Account, I authorize it, and select the correct website from the list. I click Complete Connection and it redirects me back to the Monster Insights settings page on my site. On that page, nothing has changed or has been added like it should be. I still see the Authenticate with Your Google Account button. There is no code added to that area.
Also, I cannot see the “Reports” option under “Insights” on the menu on the left side of the wordpress dashboard. Should this option be there?
