I hit the button “click to get Google code”
When i do that i pop-up from Google says:
“401. That’s an error.
Error: deleted_client
The OAuth client was deleted.
Request Details
That’s all we know.”

Hi there,
The 500 error was resolved earlier, you should be all set now.
The deleted client one is from an extremely out of date version of MonsterInsights being installed. If you remove the copy you currently have installed, and install a fresh copy you should be all set to go on that.

I’m experiencing the same problem on https://www.atletickids.it/wp-admin/admin.php?page=monsterinsights_tracking. The website is currently in coming soon mode. I already tried to uninstall the plugin and install it back, but nothing changed.

Hi,
I have the same problem.
I click Authenticate with your Google Account, I authorize it, and select the correct website from the list. I click Complete Connection and it redirects me back to the Monster Insights settings page on my site. On that page, nothing has changed or has been added like it should be. I still see the Authenticate with Your Google Account button. There is no code added to that area.
Also, I cannot see the “Reports” option under “Insights” on the menu on the left side of the wordpress dashboard. Should this option be there?

I understand saying to contact support, but can the fix just be posted in here. I am having the same problem.
It depends on the case what the fix is but for most it’s a manual action we have to take.

I have just submitted to monsterinsights lite.
Hi,
I followed all the steps that are described on the contact form but the issue still exists.
I install the TLS 1.2 Compatibility Test and it seems there is no problem.
Also, i install the Core Control plugin and after the Google authentication I see the following trace of http calls:
– POST https://api.monsterinsights.com/v2/auth/verify/lite/ (403 forbidden)
– GET https://api.monsterinsights.com/v2/test/ (200 OK)
The problem is the 403 http status for the 1rst call.
I just submit an issue to lite Support.
