In reply to: [Oasis Workflow] Interested in a proper german PO/MO file update? Thanks a lot.
I would really appreciate your help to fix the german translation. I tried my best to come up with the translation, but apparently I need some one like you who can fix those issues.
You can simply open a ticket at https://www.oasisworkflow.com/submit-a-query and we can start sharing files via the support ticket.

In reply to: [Oasis Workflow] pro-version: issue with "make a revision" and ENFOLD themeAre you using the latest version (v1.0.5) of Oasis Workflow Pro?
Also, is there a way I can get a copy of the theme and debug with it in my local env?
If needed open a support ticket – https://www.oasisworkflow.com/submit-a-query and we can exchange the theme files from there.

In reply to: [Oasis Workflow] Update removes functions in favour of Pro!marking it as resolved.
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Oasis Workflow] Update removes functions in favour of Pro!The reason it was removed, since many users were only looking for a simple workflow without a need to manage a list of workflows and its complexity.
As a result, with the latest version, we made it simple by adding an out of the box workflow for fresh installs. This will help the users to quickly get started with the workflow without a need to create one.
For users needing multiple workflows (bigger organizations), we found they also wanted an easier way to manage it. So we added “copy workflow”, “copy steps”, “auto submit” and other features typically required by bigger organizations. We packaged all that under the “Pro” version.
But you are correct. I should have mentioned about the functionality being removed in the change log. Thanks for pointing it out.

In reply to: [Oasis Workflow] One workflow? We did so, because we got a lot of inquiries asking how to create a new workflow. We thought it would be best to have something within the plugin that conveys the message.
However, to make it less intrusive, instead of displaying the message on the “new workflow” button, we will display it on some other page. We will move the message to another location with the next release. Thanks for pointing it out.The “Pro” not only allows you to create multiple workflows, but it also has a bunch of additional features.
Features like “Copy workflow” and “Copy step” will help the workflow admin to create workflows from existing workflows and existing steps. We also added more reporting features. What we found is for bigger organizations, its necessary to have a better insight on what’s assigned to whom and what’s the status on various articles. We added two new reports to better manage the assignments.
We also added “auto-submit” feature to allow organizations to setup their workflows to have automatic submission. This will help with organizations that have external feeds coming into their site and would like to have those reviewed before publishing the same on their site.

In reply to: Need new WordPress post publishing workflowI like your plan, the only change I would make is to have a separate workflow (shorter workflow) for updating the published content.
New content can go through multi-level review, while updates to published content may not require multi-level review.
But, all in all, it should work as you have laid it out.
I’ll also be adding some hooks to help plugin developers to add any content required when making a copy of published content.

In reply to: Need new WordPress post publishing workflowThat’s exactly the feature I’m working on right now.
If it goes as per plan, it should be out by the first week of feb.

In reply to: Need new WordPress post publishing workflowDid you check out Oasis Workflow plugin – http://wordpress.org/plugins/oasis-workflow/
I’m the author of Oasis Workflow plugin.
It allows you to create your own worklfow using a visual editor. Currently Oasis Workflow supports the out of the box post statuses. But you can use the “custom status plugin” – http://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-status/ to add the custom statuses described in your requirement, and those will become available in the workflow editor.Lastly, I’ll be adding support for published content workflow in the upcoming release of the “Pro” version.
If you have any further questions you can send a query via – https://www.oasisworkflow.com/submit-a-query
Hope this helps.
