Hello @vmarko,

I’ve got the same issue for multi-site installation. Custom minify works fine for main site, but doesn’t work for each subsite. Actually, minify css is created, but links to original css files are still there.

I’ve just updated the plugin to version 2.5.1 end that’s works fine on my end.
