In reply to: [Blog2Social: Social Media Auto Post & Scheduler] Ok productI’m sorry, but I just don’t have the time right now to analyze your interface in detail. All I can say is that it’s quite busy, and could be simplified/consolidated, which takes a lot of work, I agree. As a user who just wants to post on my blog, and shotgun out to my socials, there’s an overload of capabilities that don’t pertain to my needs. I understand, you’re trying to appease more prospects, but sometimes less is more. Thanks, though, and I’m sure as I use your app more, the easier it will become to navigate. Cheers

In reply to: [Social Media Share Buttons & Social Sharing Icons] Icons not aligningI have not recently updated my theme, and I update plugins all the time, but I can’t recall if I updated yours or not. Did you recently create an update? If not, then, no I did not recently update your plugin.

In reply to: [Social Media Share Buttons & Social Sharing Icons] Icons not aligningYes, 5 icons is configured under Question 6. However, that 5 is grayed out for some reason; can’t change it at all.
1 — I have the latest Version 3.0.16.
2 — I’ve had no conflicts with other plugins
3 — What is the process for “re-inserting” a gallery???
4 — Originally, all I wanted to do was delete several images from a gallery
5 — I went to “Manage Galleries/nameGallery” then bulk deleted (5) images
6 — Upon refreshing the Chrome browser, the images (as usual) are still there
7 — So then I go into “Other Options/Misc/Clear Image Cache.” As usual, images still there
8 — My only resort now is to “Reset All Options.” Must then clear Chrome browser cache
9 — Now Thumbnails are centered instead of flush left, and instead of descriptions under the images, the “Alt/Titles” show up which are only the default file names.
10 — Also, for some reason the slideshows have all white, lightbox backgrounds which I can live with, but they used to have black borders.
11 — Please just tell me how to get the thumbnails flush left again; also, most importantly, how do I get the Descriptions back under the images instead of the Alt/Titles? I have many important people going to my site, and the dozens of Nextgen galleries I have are all totally messed up. Please visit: http://www.metrov.studio then go to “Still Work” then click on “Paintings” or “Sculpture,” launch a slideshow, and you will see examples of what I’m talking about.Thank you for your help ASAP.

This is a question for another subject. I could not find a way to POST a new thread! I guess there’s been a new update??? All my images now show the “ALT & TITLE TEXT” instead of the “Description” text! It used to be the other way around. How do I get my galleries to show the “Description” under the slideshow images like they used to?
ALSO, the thumbnails now line up “centered” instead of “flush left” like they used to. This looks ridiculous. How do I make the thumbnails align flush left?
For years, I’ve been thinking of upgrading to the Pro version, but with so many constant bugs in the free version, why would I pay for Pro?
Thank you
Thank you, Becky, for your reply. However, I’ve tried the steps you recommend, and it’s hard to tell if they worked or not. The reason is because I’ve had to try SO MANY LITTLE THINGS to get the galleries working properly, one forgets exactly what one has done. It seems I just have to poke, and poke, and poke around, trying all the little tricks, and buttons, and clicks to get the gallery to appear properly, then after a little time, or sometimes a LOT of time, finally things look right. It’s really crazy. For example, one time clearing browser cache will fix things, other times, I can clear til the cows come home, with no good results. In other words, sometimes things work, sometimes not. My question: How did Next Gen get so broken?! It used to work great, and slowly seems to become more and more dysfunctional. Bottom line, I hope you guys can finally fix all the little issues. Thanks
Ah, my bad, sorry. Thanks
Oh, and now I just discovered that by adding the “Free Shipping Method” ALL products now have the option of paying for shipping or free shipping. In other words, a customer can check “Free Shipping” when they check out. Bad news. I will have to undo everything I’ve done so far. Why this is so insanely difficult, I don’t know. Why WooCommerce would force customers to include a shipping address for virtual/downloadable products is bewildering. Sorry for whining.
I have found that if I add a “Free Shipping Method” to “Shipping Zones” then I see the checkbox for “Hide Shipping Address.” Great! Checked! But then I go to the Product settings page for my virtual/downloadable product, there are no shipping options… UNLESS I uncheck “Virtual” product. Then the only option I have is to change “Shipping Class.” How do I “Hide Shipping Address” for this particular product? Am I missing a step somewhere? Thanks again.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Too Many RedirectsI manually created a new, separate page for CHECKOUT, placed the corresponding shortcode on that page, deleting it from the SHOPPING CART page, and now I’m able to remove or update the cart without the Too Many Redirects error. Horahh!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Too Many RedirectsI just came across some new research suggesting I can simply create separate SHOP & CHECKOUT pages. I guess I would do this by placing the corresponding shortcode on these pages? Thanks again for the help.
