In reply to: [jQuery Pin It Button for Images] Not Working / No Pin It ButtonResolved – I had a plug-in called Autoptomize running that was causing multiple errors on my website. Now that it’s disabled, everything is back to normal. I recommend disabling your plugins, and activating one by one to find out which one is causing you the problem. All the best.

In reply to: [jQuery Pin It Button for Images] Not Working / No Pin It ButtonMy Pin it images were working fine up until yesterday. Plug in is activated and no charges were made. They just stopped showing up entirely on my site.

In reply to: [Button] Sidebar has disappearedChad, you are a doll! Thank you so so so much!!!! I couldn’t figure it out and that code I had put in to create a hover affect but I’m a newbie at code so.
Normally, the JetPack dashboard shows “Login” even after I click login and it says I’m connected, it continued to prompt me to login on my dashboard. I tried logging in and then instead of saying “back to website” (where is propped me to login again), it showed a button that read “Approve” which I clicked and now I am successfully logged in. Not sure why the Approve button changed out of nowhere.
Thanks again for your help!!!
Michelle

In reply to: [Button] Sidebar has disappearedI’ve spoken to BlueHost and they restored my site to before the WordPress 4.7 upgrade. Still no Sidebar. I’ve also noticed that I was logged out of JetPack. Now, it isn’t letting me log back into JetPack. I clicked on Debug, and it says this:
Trouble with Jetpack?
It may be caused by one of these issues, which you can diagnose yourself:
A known issue. Some themes and plugins have known conflicts with Jetpack – check the list. (You can also browse the Jetpack support pages or Jetpack support forum to see if others have experienced and solved the problem.)
An incompatible plugin. Find out by disabling all plugins except Jetpack. If the problem persists, it’s not a plugin issue. If the problem is solved, turn your plugins on one by one until the problem pops up again – there’s the culprit! Let us know, and we’ll try to help.
A theme conflict. If your problem isn’t known or caused by a plugin, try activating the default WordPress theme. If this solves the problem, something in your theme is probably broken – let the theme’s author know.
A problem with your XMLRPC file. Load your XMLRPC file. It should say “XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.” on a line by itself.
– If it’s not by itself, a theme or plugin is displaying extra characters. Try steps 2 and 3.
– If you get a 404 message, contact your web host. Their security may block XMLRPC.I think there is an error with this BUTTON THEME as to why my sidebar is missing and I am able to log back into JetPack. Please confirm!

In reply to: [Button] CSS codes not working after WordPress updateOkay wait,
a {
color: #f78769;
}
a:hover,
a:focus,
a:active {
color: #bbb;
}^ This code only worked for the home page (gray with a teal colour hover). When I opened a blog post, the links went back to the orange colour.

In reply to: [Button] CSS codes not working after WordPress updateAlso, my sidebar isn’t aligning properly. An ad is cut off, and another ad is extending past. Can we extend the sidebar so that everything is lined up.

In reply to: [Button] how to remove filter from photosThank you both, I’m not sure if I can get that technical with a “child theme”.
I will stick to what I have so far, but my issue still hasn’t been resolved:It isn’t the featured image that seems “shadowed”, it’s all of the images in a post such as this one:
