Both of these are actually on the way, but they will arrive as part of BrikMentor, a companion focused on cart recovery and marketing automation (one-click coupon links, checkout opt-in with a discount, and sending that data onward to your marketing tools). Because they fit there naturally, I am keeping them out of the free plugin rather than duplicating the work.
BrikMentor is in final testing and should launch within a few weeks, so you will not have to wait long. Thanks again for the great feedback!

WhatsApp on orders: done, and it will be in the next update. You now get a green WhatsApp icon right in front of the order number in the Orders list (only on orders that have a phone), and a “Message on WhatsApp” button on the order edit screen under the billing address. Clicking either opens WhatsApp Web on desktop, or the app on mobile, targeting that customer’s number. It figures out the country code automatically from the order’s billing country, so local numbers just work. If you ever want to hide the list column, you can toggle it from Screen Options at the top right of the Orders page. This should save you a lot of time during fulfillment.
Dark mode for the dashboard: still on the roadmap. It is a larger visual change, so it will come as its own update.
Central panel to manage settings across many sites (or MainWP integration): noted for the long term, as you said. It is a bigger piece, but it is on our list to explore, since managing many client sites is clearly a big part of how you use BrikPanel.

Hi Lincoln, thank you again for the detailed testing. This is exactly the kind of feedback that helps. Here is where each point stands in the next update:
1) Import error: fixed. The import was actually saving, but the page then asked “Leave site? Changes may not be saved” and, if you kept the page, the imported status never appeared, so it looked like it failed. That prompt is gone now and the imported status shows up right away.
2) New menu items hidden by default: added. Settings > BrikPanel > Navigation > “Hide new menu items by default” (off by default, so nothing changes unless you turn it on). With it on, any menu item a newly installed plugin adds stays hidden from your clients and appears in the navigation editor with a “New” badge, so you can review it and switch it on when you’re ready. Ideal for managing many client sites.
3) Notifications and Site Health per role: added for notifications. Go to Settings > BrikPanel > Dashboard > “Top bar items”. Each control now has an audience option (Everyone, Admins only, or Specific roles), so you can limit the notification bell (and the admin notices bell) to administrators or chosen roles. For Site Health and other menu items, you can already restrict them per role today in the Navigation editor: open the item (or its submenu) and set it to “Specific roles”.
4) Icons library: good suggestion. There is already a built-in icon set you can pick from, and those do carry over on export. A larger, searchable library is something we are looking at, so custom picks stay consistent across sites.
5) Dark mode for the dashboard: on our roadmap. It is a bigger visual change, so it will come as its own update.
6) Abandoned cart via WhatsApp: noted for the longer term. The abandoned cart module already recovers via email. Adding a WhatsApp channel (connect the API, choose email, WhatsApp, or both) is a larger integration we want to do properly.
