Bot filtering is a method of identification, not an absolute barrier. Software that presents itself as a completely normal browser and accepts cookies still counts. As a second line of defense, I’ve set daily limits for clients that don’t keep cookies and allowed users to add their own lists, but it’s technically impossible to distinguish 100%. All known crawlers, including Google’s store bot, are now blocked.

This is now fixed, exactly along the shape you suggested:

• brikpanel_whatsapp_enabled (yes/no, default yes) — global on/off for the whole WhatsApp module.
• brikpanel_whatsapp_hidden_roles (array of role slugs) — mirrors brikpanel_orders_overview_hidden_roles; the shortcut is suppressed for the listed roles.
• Per-user opt-in — a user whose role is hidden by default can re-enable it just for their own account from their WordPress profile page.

Both settings live under WooCommerce → Settings → BrikPanel → Orders. The manage_woocommerce baseline is still honoured, and defaults keep existing behaviour unchanged. Your target (on for shop_manager, off for administrator, admins able to switch it on for themselves) works out of the box. Thanks again.
