  • Hi @tares1989

    Thanks for the detailed report.

We’ve identified and fixed a bug: when a cookie/consent plugin re-confirmed consent on each page load, our script reloaded the page, which could loop every few seconds on product pages. That will be included in the next release.

Sending only from the backend (no DataLayer)
Yes. Use Settings → Advanced → Pause browser tracking. That stops all frontend gtag / DataLayer ecommerce events. Purchases and refunds still go to GA4 via Measurement Protocol when the API secret is configured under Connection.

Note: browser-only funnel events (view_itemadd_to_cartbegin_checkout, etc.) need the frontend; backend-only mode is mainly for purchase/refund reliability.

If the refresh continues after updating (or with Pause browser tracking on), tell us which consent plugin you use (Cookiebot, CookieYes, Complianz, etc.) and we’ll dig further.

    Hello @pasttenseofdraw

We’ve identified and fixed this. The directory query now respects your widget settings:

    • Who to Show → Number of Members – up to 1000 users
    • Table Interaction → Users Per Page – -1 correctly shows all matching members
    • Server-side table mode (AJAX loading) uses the same limits

Update the plugin when the new version is available.

    Regards

    Hi @whichtransfers

Sorry for the frustration. What you described matches a real issue in older versions of the plugin.

Please update to the latest version of Custom User Registration Fields for Tutor LMS (v1.4 or newer). That release adds proper integration so saved field values appear automatically.

No code or template editing required

You do not need to copy my-profile.php into your theme or paste PHP snippets to show the phone number. After updating and saving your fields again, they should display in the places above on their own.

    Quick checklist after updating

    1. Go to Tutor LMS → Registration Fields (not Users → Tutor LMS User Fields — the menu moved).
    2. Open the Instructor Registration Fields tab and confirm your 4 fields are saved.
    3. Register or edit a test instructor account.
    4. Check Dashboard → Settings → Profile while logged in as that instructor.
    5. As LMS Manager, open that user in Tutor’s backend user edit screen and look for the custom fields section.

    Note on instructor fields

Instructor-only fields are shown in the dashboard only for users with Tutor instructor status (approved or pending). If the account is still a regular student, instructor fields will not appear on their profile page.

Thanks again for helping us improve the plugin.

    Best regards,
