I have three websites set up with this config at the moment, each one has been running for a few years. The issue has happened to two sites. One of them just started working one day and the issue never came back. The issue has just started happening to one particular site now.
No real changed has been made to the site. Plugins were updated about a month before the issue showed up on the current instance.
