In reply to: [Email Before Download] 500 error with@katieh4, I’m beating my head against a wall with this. I also have an error message on my plugins menu that says “Easy Digital Downloads needs to complete a database upgrade that was previously started, click here to resume the upgrade.” Working on that separately, but if you have that too, maybe it’s a related issue.
Also, I was wondering if you wanted to compare notes to see if it’s a plug-in interaction or the like. Here’s what I have active:

Akismet Anti-Spam
Autoptimize (although the problem started before this installation)
