How can we fix this?
You can fix this right now by upgrading your WordPress to the latest 4.8.
We will make it work with 3.7 eventually, but it is not a high priority on our list of issues right now.

SNAP is no longer forcing regular posts to be autoposted. Please include your post, page or custom post type in the Plugin Settings->Filters->Post Types. Once you include it SNAP metabox will be back.

What exactly happens when you click “Import Comments” button manually?

Correctly working WP Cron is a requirement for the SNAP Plugin.
Will is work if you press “Import Comments” button manually?

Please go to your Facebook account -> Photos -> Albums and rename that album to anything you like.
