Will is work if you press “Import Comments” button manually?
No
Clicking ‘Import Comments/Replies’ does not work either ?
It used to work but one of the updates must have stopped it…

What exactly happens when you click “Import Comments” button manually?
Are you getting any errors?
Please check your Log/History tab and let me know what do you have there.
It says:
‘Getting replies from FB’ … then
Test Post
0 comments has been imported.
Nothing comes up in Log/history for the time I click the button…
This is the last entry showing in the log:

6784 [3] is the entry that is not importing comments

The problem is now fixed…
After various checks it seems that a contributor reposted the post to FB and someone commented that NOT the original…
