It is possible, but since last November Facebook requires all apps to be reviewed before they can be used. Facebook asked you to submit your app for review and explain how you are using it. Since you didn’t do it they tried to check your app by themselves.
The message you got has nothing to do with any violation. Facebook tried to review your app and they didn’t understand its purpose, so they switched it to the development mode.
Please submit this app for review or create a new app and submit it.

Qualified Public Account requests and promotions are limited to large brands and companies, and high-profile accounts in countries where Viber operates its business solutions.
Large brands and companies are not using SNAP/WordPress and the rest of us can’t use “Public Chats”.

Where exactly in the Facebook and Twitter posts? In the body of the post? In the title, in the preview text?
If its in the body of the post itself, what is your message format?
We use Ad Inserter on one of our sites (currently v2.4.2) and never have any issues.

In reply to: [NextScripts: Social Networks Auto-Poster] Posting to Closed Facebook GroupFacebook disabled Groups API in it’s native API. Autoposting to Groups is no longer possible unless you get an explicit approval from Facebook.
Our own Premium API allows posting to groups.
