Hi,
I installed the free version plugin and immediately encountered the same error. There are no templates to choose from and clicking “Use and customize” creates a pop-up window to purchase the full version.
I logged off/on just in case. I’m running the following setup:
Multisite WP 5.1.1
YOP Poll v6.0.4 (network activated)
SQL 151
PHPv 7.2.17
Help is greatly appreciated!
