It does that when i use any theme. Watch, I’ll put it on a different theme.

The error was on my end after all. I was using the premade link in the installation setup http://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin/install.php and it was not coming up. I had to manually add the name of my blog’s folder. Making http://www.yoursite.com/blog/wp-admin/install.php the correct file path. Everything was a breeze thereafter. Thank you
