Multiple WooCommerce products for the same course is not possible in Tutor LMS. . You can create courses part by part (Ex: Part-1, Part-2) and create different WooCommerce products. After that, you can assign those to courses. .

In Pro version, it is like that and in the free version you need to assign it like the default WordPress post image from the feature image options as my previous screenshot. .

If you have any embed code for the video please use that from Classic editor option on the lessons builder. . Enable classic editor first from WordPress dashboard > Tutor LMS > Settings > Lessons > Enable Classic Builder

Sorry, you will need to do some custom codes in the backend for that. . I have tried to contact with the developers and sorry to say that all of our developers are pre-occupied for now with heavy loads of work. . You may need to do it by yourself or by any developer

It should not happen. .I tried to reproduce the issue in my Local and could not be able to regenerate the issue at my end. . There might be some plugin conflicts raised at your end. . Can you try disabling plugins by keeping Qubely one?

Yes, you can use shortcodes of other plugins in Tutor LMS Lesson builder. . No problem . . Just need to enable classic builder first from WordPress dashboard > Tutor LMS > Settings > Lessons > Enable Classic builder . .
After that, you can use Page builders inside lessons. . That means you can use any shortcodes. . Related Doc: https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/tutorials/using-page-builder-for-lessons/
