Thank you so much for responding to my help question.

Re your instructions on going into “wp-config.php” Can I get into “wp-config.php” without going into my site?

1. I cannot get to my wp-config.php because I cant get into my site.

2. You say to use: “FTP to the site, and get a copy of the active theme’s functions.php file”
I can not use the FTP to my site. I tried several times, but I get error message:
