Hello Glamfusion,
The username and password are set by yourself during the installation process. Unfortunately we do not have any visibility of these details once you have completed the install.
What I would suggest is that you log back into Softaculous, go to the section for ‘Current installations’ and the remove the install that you have just created.
You can then start from scratch with a new installation and set a new username and password.
