    Matthew,

That poses a problem. As I stated in my previous posts here, I can get them to send to domain e-mails just fine. However, I’m using these forms to make a point of contact with the person submitting, so the ‘reply-to’ address needs to be the e-mail address that I have collected from the submitter.

    In other words:

Submitter fills out form and form is sent to e-mail addresses (both on domain and off domain.)

When someone clicks ‘reply’ it auto fills in the e-mail address of the submitter, so they can respond to the e-mail. At least, this is how most all other contact forms have worked that I have used. If I’m forced to use an auto reply e-mail for an e-mail address that is NOT the e-mail address of the submitter, then it defeats the point of being able to select ‘e-mail’ as a field that auto populates the reply field.

I think I spoke too soon.

After I got the one e-mail that came through, no other ones have come through at all. I’ve managed to get a secondary address setup that is on my domain and those come through just fine.

But, the second ‘non-domain’ e-mail hasn’t gotten anything since I posted it was working. I see a few other posts on here that claim that last WP update, they started to experience similar problems.

Any idea? Any other plugin I have that sends e-mails (via newsletters, comment subscriptions, etc) send to my off-domain e-mail addresses just fine. I’m no expert here, but it would lead me to believe that there might be an issue between my WP and this plugin.

Outside of that, LOVE this plugin. Hands down the best Form maker out there I have used.

Ok, for whatever the reason… it appears to be working now. Out of like 20 tests that I did yesterday, none showed up. I just did one now, and it is sending to non-domain e-mail addresses.

No idea what caused it to start working…

    Mod can close this thread.

I have the same problem. Just installed this today and not a single e-mail is coming through from my site. Other contact forms I have tried didn’t have any issue. I would really like to stick with this one. It is by far one of the easiest to use, while giving a lot of great options.

I’m getting the same exact problem. 🙁 Can’t find anyone that has a fix for it either.
