Email not sending

    Hello Matthew,

    I have a contact/volunteer form set up here: http://johnmquincy.org/?page_id=98

    It was working fine when I first installed it, but now, when I send test responses they show up in the entries and I can export them, but the emails are not sending. I have two email addresses in the “emails to” fields.

    I recently added a link above the form, so I’m wondering if that changed anything. It also might have been impacted by the wordpress update. The last email that worked was on 9/15, but 6 have been submitted since then and not received by email.

    I have the same problem. Just installed this today and not a single e-mail is coming through from my site. Other contact forms I have tried didn’t have any issue. I would really like to stick with this one. It is by far one of the easiest to use, while giving a lot of great options.

    It is impolite to interrupt another poster’s ongoing thread with a question of your own. It causes significant problems for the forum’s volunteers and prevents us from being able to track issues by topic. Please post your own topic.

    If it was working fine then it’s not, that points to your host doing something. I would contact them and have them send you server/email logs to pinpoint the problem.
