I deactivated the plugin “Easy Table Of Contents” and the error has been fixed.
Ps: Is there any way I can make the plugin work without an error popping up? If I manually add a shortcode into my posts to display T.O.C and do not let the plugin automatically place the table, would it work correctly?

I have deactivated WP-Rocket and another speed optimization plugin(Jetpack Boost)! The error is still there!
