Hi,
thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
This seems to be caused by some Lazy Loading feature of WP-Rocket. Please try again after turning that off.
Regards,
Tobias
Hi, Thanks for the quick reply,
I have deactivated WP-Rocket and another speed optimization plugin(Jetpack Boost)! The error is still there!
Hi,
there still seems to be some script loader (from Cloudflare?) active, that seems to be causing <script> tags like
<script type="09a165a81602118fd3ee4756-text/javascript">
jQuery(function($){
$('#tablepress-93').dataTable({"stripeClasses":["even","odd"],"ordering":false,"paging":false,"searching":false,"info":false});
});
</script><script type="09a165a81602118fd3ee4756-text/javascript">
jQuery(function($){
$('#tablepress-93').dataTable({"stripeClasses":["even","odd"],"ordering":false,"paging":false,"searching":false,"info":false});
});
</script>
which means that they are duplicated.

Hi, Thanks for the hint about the script loader!
I deactivated the plugin “Easy Table Of Contents” and the error has been fixed.
Ps: Is there any way I can make the plugin work without an error popping up? If I manually add a shortcode into my posts to display T.O.C and do not let the plugin automatically place the table, would it work correctly?
Thank You, Tobias!
Hi,
what do you mean by “let the plugin automatically place the table”? TablePress does not actually do that, you would always have to add the table via the Shortcode.
Now, you could try the TablePress 2.0 test version from https://tablepress.org/8-million-downloads-tablepress-2-0/ here. It has a bit of extra protection against this exact problem of that DataTables error, so maybe that already helps.

Tobias
