In reply to: Unable to edit themes after 4.9 or 4.9.1Same problem here, I use child template, and I tried tips what wrote above. No cache, no incompatible plugin, added line to functions.php, but I cannot save modigied footer.php in child template.
I get this message:
“The loopback request to your site took too long to complete, this may prevent WP_Cron from working, along with theme and plugin editors.”I use Visual Composer based template. Maybe this slow?
Any new tip?

ZipRecipes store datas in a different table: wp_amd_zlrecipe_recipes. No store as post, all data in a different custom columns (recipe_title, cook_time, total_time, ingedients, etc.)

I don’t use W3TC on my site, and no any cache manager, but this login not working. I will search other widget if this will not correctly.
Tried install, enable, then disable and uninstall W3TC, but not solved my problem. 🙁

I think this is editor problem, no browser compatibility. Speed is no browser bug, there is any incompatible problem (widgets or script).
I waiting fix for editor problem.
